26. What happen if I get a registration error?

A number of reasons may cause this to happen

First is to double check that the correct registration name and number has been entered. You will be surprised on how many cases are caused as a  result of a  typing error. The easiest way is to enter the code is directly, copy and paste it from the order confirmation email. Also important is that the registration name and code will be case sensitive, so make sure you have enter the detail exactly as supplied (We alter capitalization for security).

Second check that you have the correct "proxy server" setting and also a live internet connection open at the time. without open connection it is impossible for the software to verify the code with the server. Without a correct "proxy server" some internet service provider requires to use, it is impossible for to register as well. You internet service provider or system administrator can provide you with the required information regarding this. Also another things to take note is that often in internal system, a proxy address similar CYCLONE:8080, or SERVER:8080, etc will be used. For submission 2000 you need to use the IP address of the proxy server in this case.
