How can I transfer the software, the files, and the logs of my first submission to another pc?

That it is easy. Simply install the software on a new PC, and then copy all the files and SUB-directories of the "Dynamic Submission 2000" folder on your original PC to the Same directory of Submission 2000 folder on your New PC.

For example, by default Dynamic Submission 2000 is installed at C:\Program files\dynamic\dynamic submission 2000 v6\ directory. Simply copy all the files and sub-directories under this folder to the same directory where you install the submission 2000 on the new PC.

You then need to import the project files from "file/import" previous session files on the menu bar to complete the importing of the old website information.
